These terms govern your use of vaelorperformance.com and any purchase you make from Vaelor Performance. By using this site or placing an order you agree to them.

Ordering and pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We work to keep product descriptions, images, specifications and pricing accurate, but errors happen: manufacturers change specifications and supplier data can be wrong. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or refuse any order, including an order where a part was listed at an incorrect price or is no longer available. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Fitment

Fitment information is supplied by manufacturers and is a guide, not a guarantee. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that a part fits their specific vehicle, including year, model, sub-model, engine, drivetrain and any prior modifications, before ordering and before installing. If you are not sure, email sales@vaelorperformance.com and we will help you check.

Installation

Performance parts should be installed by a qualified technician following the manufacturer's instructions. Vaelor Performance is not responsible for damage, injury or loss resulting from improper installation, improper use, or use of a part outside its intended application. Installing aftermarket parts may affect your vehicle manufacturer's warranty; check with your dealer if that matters to you.

Emissions and off-road use

Some parts we sell are intended for racing or off-road use only and are not legal for use on public roads or highways in some or all jurisdictions. Certain parts are not CARB-exempt and may not be legal for sale or use on pollution-controlled vehicles in California or in states that follow California emissions standards. It is the customer's responsibility to know and comply with the emissions laws that apply where the vehicle is registered and driven.

Returns

Returns are governed by our shipping and returns policy.

Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account.

Intellectual property

The Vaelor Performance name, logo and site content are our property or are used with permission. Brand names, logos and trademarks belonging to manufacturers are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaelor Performance's liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost time, towing, labor, rental vehicles or loss of use.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
